Technical Product Manager (Healthcare): Driving the vision, technical strategy, requirements, and delivery of digital products and platforms with an accent on user-centered discovery, Agile product development, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on managing complex product portfolios, mitigating regulatory and security risks, and coordinating schedules, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder priorities.
Location: Remote, based in the United States; position associated with Rochester, Minnesota. Monday–Friday schedule with 10%+ travel potentially required.
Salary: $112,800–$157,900 per year

What you will do
- Drive the vision, technical strategy, requirements, design, and execution for assigned digital products and platforms.
- Use data, research, market feedback, and customer insights to guide product discovery and feature development.
- Align Engineering, Data Science, Product, Business, UX/UI, Operations, Engagement, and AI priorities.
- Lead collaboration with business stakeholders, clinical and research professionals, administrators, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage product schedules, scope, budgets, operational risks, regulatory risks, and security risks.
- Apply Agile product methodologies to deliver high-value products and improve end-user workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of technical digital product management experience, including digital products and platforms; alternatively, 7 years of direct digital product management experience with a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience managing complex products or a family of multiple products.
- Experience with the software development life cycle.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or visa transfer is not available.
- does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner must be completed within one year.
