Staff Product Manager - Care Application Platform (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-native Care Platform that helps clinicians and care teams deliver higher-quality care with less administrative burden.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native clinical and care tools in the Care App.
• Reimagine practitioner workflows through contextual assistance, summarization, intelligent task orchestration, recommendations, documentation, and agent-assisted execution.
• Decide which activities should be automated, augmented, delegated to AI agents, or kept human-led based on user value, clinical risk, and operational constraints.
• Partner with clinicians, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance to build trustworthy, reusable capabilities across service lines.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, human-oversight, and launch frameworks covering quality, safety, reliability, adoption, and workflow outcomes.
• Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration using research, analytics, and real-world feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product and platform initiatives.
• Experience defining and shipping AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians, care teams, expert users, or operational teams.
• Ability to partner with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, permissions, security, and cost.
• Experience in clinical, care delivery, healthcare operations, or another high-stakes domain, including privacy, compliance, auditability, and human oversight.
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities across multiple products, workflows, or service lines in a startup or scaling environment.
• Ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into strategy and shipped outcomes.
