Product Manager III

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must be able to obtain and maintain the required government suitability or security clearance.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Shape product vision, strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes with clients, stakeholders, and product leadership.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on user needs, business value, technical considerations, dependencies, and delivery goals.
• Translate organizational goals, user needs, and technical constraints into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, delivery, and other disciplines throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies, communicate trade-offs, mentor junior team members, and improve product management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, digital product delivery, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing digital products across discovery, planning, delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with agile methods, product backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required government suitability or security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering products in federal government, public-sector, regulated, consulting, or professional-services environments.
• Experience with human-centered design, user research, service design, product metrics, analytics, or outcome measurement.
• Familiarity with accessibility, security, privacy, compliance, APIs, cloud environments, and technical architecture.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Miro, or similar product and delivery tools.
• Experience coaching junior product managers or contributing to product management standards and communities of practice.
