Demand Planner

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update statistical demand forecasts across products, markets, and regions.
• Analyze historical sales, customer demand patterns, seasonality, promotions, and other business drivers.
• Support monthly SIOP/IBP demand reviews through forecast analysis, reporting, and cross-functional discussions.
• Perform forecast variance and root cause analyses, recommending corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations to improve forecast assumptions.
• Prepare dashboards and recurring reports while supporting data quality, master data, and forecasting process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, market analysis, forecasting, or a related field.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and baseline forecast analysis within a planning system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Ability to analyze diverse business segments, influence stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
