Demand Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Everett, Pennsylvania, United States; office-based role

Salary: $64,500–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Maintain accurate product data across new product introductions, lifecycle changes, and obsolescence.
• Forecast demand for aftermarket parts and finished goods using trends, order history, and promotions.
• Process MRP planning messages and maintain product master data in planning systems such as JDE E1.
• Analyze excess inventory and collaborate on root-cause resolution.
• Provide inputs to the S&OP process and support forecast accuracy improvements.
• Work with supply chain, procurement, and product teams to resolve availability constraints and manage engineering or lifecycle transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field, plus 3 or more years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP/MRP tools such as JDE E1.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of S&OP and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Data Access Studio or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience in aftermarket supply chain or finished-goods management.
