Demand Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Fully onsite in Cudahy, Wisconsin, USA; not eligible for hybrid or remote work.

What you will do

• Develop statistical baseline forecasts using historical data and analytics.
• Maintain rolling 12–24-month forecasts and manage segmentation by ABC classification, product family, channel, and customer.
• Lead the Demand Review portion of the monthly SIOP cycle.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations to align on a consensus forecast.
• Present forecast risks, opportunities, changes, and data-driven insights to cross-functional and executive leadership.
• Model upside and downside scenarios and communicate forecast changes to Supply Planning.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP, demand planning, and SIOP processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
