HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

What you will do

• Partner with plant and operations leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent decisions, compensation, and organizational change.
• Lead hiring requisitions, onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
• Advise leaders and employees on policies, payroll, benefits, performance management, leave administration, and workplace concerns.
• Lead employee relations investigations, issue resolution, documentation, and progressive performance processes.
• Support talent development, required training, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.
• Oversee HR operations, personnel records, time and attendance, payroll coordination, Workday processes, compliance activities, and HR metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Five to eight years of human resources experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity, discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ownership of results.
• Ability to navigate complex employee relations matters, meet deadlines, and collaborate with operational stakeholders.
