What you will do
- Provide strategic and tactical HR consultation to managers across staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Advise employees and management on employee relations matters and conduct objective workplace investigations.
- Guide managers through performance management, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Support workforce planning, restructures, succession planning, and improvements in morale, productivity, retention, and working relationships.
- Coordinate employment terminations, including documentation, wage payments, benefits information, security, legal requirements, and unemployment claims hearings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience required.
- Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and core HR functions.
- PHR, SPHR, or an HR certificate is preferred.
- Work onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire.
