Program Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; onsite role supporting classified program security activities.

Salary: $95,000–$245,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary security contact for a designated program office or customer business unit.
• Integrate security requirements into business capture, proposals, program strategy, and execution.
• Coordinate with Program Protection Teams, customers, suppliers, senior leadership, program management, and business development.
• Interpret contractual requirements, government regulations, and corporate policies to resolve compliance issues.
• Oversee federal security regulations for classified programs and coordinate with government agencies on rulings, interpretations, and deviations.
• Develop security manuals, procedures, classification-guide training, contractual documentation processes, and secure-area policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a DoD, DoE, or other industrial security program.
• Experience working with government sponsors or defense contractors.
• Understanding of NISPOM and other industrial security standards.
• Knowledge of physical security, information security, and classification management systems in DoD environments.
• Current in-scope Top Secret security clearance required; selected applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
