What you will do

• Manage the HQ AFMC SCIF program from design and development through accreditation, sustainment, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate stakeholder decisions and support Authorizing Official responsibilities.
• Review SCIF-related processes and documentation for compliance, including facility checklists, construction security plans, TEMPEST forms, and co-utilization requests.
• Support SCIF security design, system integration, lifecycle management, and JWICS communications.
• Identify vulnerabilities, evaluate physical and management control systems, monitor sensitive-material handling, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain SCIF resource databases, improve security solutions, and deliver executive-level briefings.

Requirements

• Active or current Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information and POLY eligibility, verifiable in DISS.
• BA/BS with at least three years of relevant experience and required certifications, or six years of directly related experience with required certifications.
• Experience with SCIF accreditation processes and governance under 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, ICD 705, ICD 705-1, and ICD 705-2.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-53 and CNSS Instruction 1253.
• Ability to work on-site in Reston, Virginia.
