Program Security Representative (PSR) III (SAP Security): Providing multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities with an accent on compliance reviews, risk assessment, and classified information protection. Focus on developing security policies, investigating suspected compromises, mentoring security personnel, and maintaining TS/SCI compliance for U.S. defense operations.

Location: Onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, in the greater Arlington/National Capital Region area. Requires 10–25% travel and U.S. citizenship.

Salary: $128,039–$173,229 per year.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
  • Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
  • Assess vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and security shortfalls across testing, training, and operational activities.
  • Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and oversee facility assistance and close-outs.
  • Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
  • Brief government and senior civilian personnel while providing leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members.

Requirements

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to start.
  • Must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • At least 14 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications.
  • At least 2 years of Special Access Program experience required.
  • Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security policies, DCID, ICD, SAP policy, physical security operations, and security systems.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
