Salary: $6,250 per month, negotiable based on education and experience.

What you will do

• Direct daily residence life and housing operations, including assignments, reconciliations, occupancy, retention, and projection analysis.
• Lead, direct, and supervise departmental staff and resident assistants.
• Develop and administer residence life policies, procedures, and student programming.
• Coordinate non-academic student conduct incidents and grievances, oversee hearing officers and the university hearing board, and adjudicate serious cases.
• Implement judicial sanctions arising from Title IX cases and ensure the code of conduct aligns with federal and state requirements.
• Manage crisis response, severe roommate issues, mediations, critical building work orders, committee service, and executive coverage when the Vice President of Student Affairs is absent.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in student counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• At least five years of related experience.
• Experience appropriate for leadership of residence life, housing operations, and student conduct processes.
• Resume and cover letter required.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation; all positions are security-sensitive.
