Clinical Social Worker, LCSW - Per Diem (Behavioral Health)

Location: Tufts Medical Center - Corporate Location; office and classroom environment

Pay range: $34.79–$43.49 per hour

What you will do

• Provide individual and group behavioral health treatment, education, and counseling.
• Conduct patient intakes, clinical assessments, and diagnostic evaluations using DSM-based and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare staff and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Develop coordinated plans of care and connect patients and families with community resources.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation and records in line with professional and departmental standards.
• Participate in professional meetings, presentations, seminars, workshops, and continuing education.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential; NH licensure may be required based on assigned territory and operational needs.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong behavioral health background with training or experience in behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Ability to facilitate mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations and lead behaviorally oriented therapy groups.
• Strong public speaking, computer, and general office software skills.

Nice to have

• Five years of applicable experience.
