Behavioral Health Care Manager/Licensed Social Worker - Internal and Adult Medicine - Full Time (40 hours/week)

Location: Ellensburg, Washington, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: USD 36.13–54.76 per hour, based on applicable experience

What you will do

• Serve as a core member of the collaborative care team.
• Support and coordinate patients’ mental and physical healthcare.
• Manage an assigned patient caseload in collaboration with medical providers.
• Coordinate with other mental health providers when appropriate.
• Work as part of the primary care and broader medical team.

Requirements

• Hold a Washington State license or certification as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• LCSW candidates must have a master’s or doctoral degree in social work and at least two years of supervised clinical social work experience after obtaining the degree.
• LMHC candidates must have a qualifying master’s or doctoral degree, Washington State licensure or certification, and the required supervised clinical experience.
• LMFT candidates must have a qualifying master’s or doctoral degree, Washington State licensure or certification, and the required supervised clinical experience.
• Work 40 hours per week in a full-time, benefits-eligible, non-exempt position.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Collaborative Care Model.
• EMDR certification through the EMDR International Association.
