Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma; onsite. Part-time role supporting patients across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas during Monday-Friday clinic hours, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Provide individual and family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Assess behavioral health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Coordinate referrals for long-term therapy, psychiatric care, and community resources.
• Connect patients with resources addressing social determinants of health and provide behavioral health education.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current, unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oklahoma in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in Kansas and Texas.
• At least one year of recent experience providing evidence-based individual counseling in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience providing integrated behavioral health services in a primary care setting within the past three years.
