Fabrication Mechanic - Marking - 2nd Shift Available (Aerospace)

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite, 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM.

What you will do

• Interpret engineering drawings, factory orders, and routers to determine marking requirements.
• Mark parts, test pieces, and assemblies using electro-etch, laser, vibro-peen, dot-peen, and ink methods.
• Scan barcodes or manually enter identification requirements into the computer.
• Transfer ink markings and prepare, apply, and assemble aluminum and stainless-steel tags.
• Install shrink sleeves over markings when required.
• Work safely and reliably while standing, walking, handling materials, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, factory orders, and routers.
• Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance.
