Engineering Manager (.NET/Azure): Building scalable cloud applications across Azure and AWS while leading engineers through architecture guidance, design reviews, mentoring, and delivery leadership with an accent on .NET, C#, REST APIs, and modern cloud-native architecture. Focus on designing API-first and event-driven systems, solving complex technical challenges, and promoting clean code, observability, and engineering excellence across onshore and offshore teams.
Location: On-site in Strongsville, Ohio, USA

What you will do
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for scalable cloud applications across Azure and AWS.
- Guide architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and complex technical problem solving.
- Mentor engineers through technical coaching and design discussions.
- Help lead and grow a high-performing onshore and offshore engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, Security, and DevOps on integrated solutions.
- Support planning and execution across multiple product initiatives while promoting clean code, SOLID principles, modern architecture, and observability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering management or a recently established management career.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, TypeScript, React or Vue, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture and modern application development.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- AWS, PostgreSQL, and experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI.
