Loans Agency Specialist

What you will do

• Manage deal closhirify.globals, funds flows, transaction onboardhirify.global, and ongohirify.global syndicated loan administration.
• Review facility documentation for compliance with internal policies and market standards.
• Coordinate lenders, borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to deliver transaction milestones.
• Act as the primary contact for agency-related queries and resolve operational issues.
• Facilitate amendments, waivers, consents, and syndicate communications.
• Oversee offshore servichirify.global activities and mitigate transaction risks while maintainhirify.global high-quality client delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Loans Agency operations.
• Strong understandhirify.global of credit documentation and ability to interpret complex loan agreements.
• Essential experience ushirify.global LoanIQ to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while takhirify.global ownership of multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to structured finance products, includhirify.global real estate, acquisition, shipphirify.global, or infrastructure finance.
• Experience with DebtDomain, ClearPar, or Security Agent activities.
