What you will do
- Lead the strategic relationship and service delivery for a major institutional asset management client with approximately $10–$30 billion in assets under management.
- Oversee end-to-end loan administration for Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and leveraged loan portfolios.
- Coordinate loan operations, middle office, treasury, custody, technology, cash management, reconciliation, corporate actions, trade settlement, and reporting functions.
- Manage client satisfaction and resolve complex operational issues across client accounts.
- Provide senior oversight of cash processing, cash breaks, reconciliation items, and the overall operational control environment.
- Lead internal service delivery teams and cross-functional initiatives involving global teams and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in loan administration, bank loan operations, CLO administration, structured credit operations, fund administration, corporate trust, or agency services.
- Significant experience managing large strategic client relationships and leading operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of CLOs, broadly syndicated loans, loan settlement and servicing, cash reconciliation and management, waterfall calculations, corporate actions, and trade lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and market conventions, including LSTA and LMA standards.
- Executive presence, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience working with global asset managers and institutional investors.
- Knowledge of European and global regulatory requirements affecting alternative credit and CLO structures.
