What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the Asset Management response to operational resiliency requirements.
• Support the global rollout and ongoing oversight of the Operational Resiliency Framework, Policy, and Standard.
• Maintain important business services, impact tolerances, value-chain mappings, and scenario-testing activities.
• Oversee business dependencies, risks, vulnerabilities, issues, remediation, and management information reporting.
• Design resiliency metrics and establish governance models across the Asset Management business and legal entities.
• Partner with business leaders, risk, audit, legal, compliance, regulators, and technology control functions, including educating leaders and Boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in an asset management organization.
• Demonstrated experience in operational risk management, operational controls, or operational resiliency.
• Expert knowledge of disaster and business recovery, business continuity management, third-party vendors and outsourcing, and corporate risk policies and standards.
• Strong understanding of risk management practices in financial services and the regulatory impact on operational resiliency.
• Strong prioritization skills and a proven ability to work across multiple business areas and functions.
