Staff Product Manager, Delivery

Location: Remote within the United States; US citizenship or Green Card required, with at least 3 years of US residency

What you will do

• Lead delivery strategy for a distributed team supporting CMS.
• Translate product and executive strategy into executable, shippable roadmaps.
• Own delivery execution and roadmap management across complex, multi-team product programs.
• Align executive stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Mentor product practitioners and help elevate the product management practice.
• Support proposals, client relationships, organic growth, and company-wide business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years operating at the Principal or equivalent senior individual-contributor level in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, including the ability to explain complex technical and policy concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with delivery execution, roadmap management, user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery.
• Experience influencing executives, clients, and cross-functional teams, plus mentoring less experienced product practitioners.
• Ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including a US Government background investigation; US citizenship or Green Card and at least 3 years of US residency are required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare data, regulations, and systems experience, including CMS programs, FHIR, eCQMs, or value-based care.
• Professional services, government, or federal consulting experience.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement, contracting, ATO, FedRAMP, or other federal compliance frameworks.
• Experience with CMS, HHS, quality reporting, payment models, or healthcare transparency programs.
• 2+ years working on a remote team, preferably in a leadership position.
