Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Translate approved client solutions into technical work breakdowns covering configuration, integrations, data, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Configure OpenLoop workflows and implement third-party integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, and event-driven automation.
• Execute data migration, cleanup, transformation, backfill, and reconciliation activities using SQL, APIs, logs, payloads, and scripting.
• Build and execute technical test plans, prepare environments for UAT, resolve defects, and provide technical readiness sign-off.
• Partner with client technical teams and the Technical Project Manager to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and resolve implementation issues.
• Support go-live and production stabilization, then transition implementations to Support and Customer Success with complete technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in implementation engineering, integration engineering, solutions engineering, customer engineering, application engineering, technical consulting, or support engineering.
• Hands-on experience personally implementing technical solutions for external customers, including APIs, webhooks, authentication, structured payloads, data mapping, and third-party integrations.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS platforms, performing data migrations and transformations, and testing complete workflows across multiple systems.
• Ability to use SQL, logs, payloads, configuration tools, test results, and reproducible scenarios to investigate and troubleshoot application behavior.
• Experience working with technical and nontechnical customer stakeholders and producing clear technical documentation.
• Experience supporting solutions through UAT, go-live, and production stabilization.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology experience, including virtual care, EHRs, pharmacy, labs, clinical workflows, RCM, or provider data.
• Experience with REST APIs, event triggers, low-code workflow tools, DNS, DNS masking, SMTP, Postman, cURL, monitoring tools, or cloud development environments.
• Ability to write or modify lightweight scripts in Python, JavaScript, GraphQL, or a comparable language.
• Experience with automated regression testing, environment management, deployment workflows, configuration versioning, and responsible AI-assisted development.
