Salary: $93,000–$165,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Gather and document requirements, use cases, and connectivity needs from API consumers.
• Translate consumer requirements into actionable work for development teams and manage delivery timelines.
• Own and maintain the Jira backlog, including stories, sprints, progress tracking, and status updates.
• Create and maintain product requirements documentation, data catalogs, and related product documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies across multiple teams, domains, and workstreams while surfacing risks and resolving blockers.
• Bridge communication between technical delivery teams and non-technical consumers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management, delivery management, technical project management, or a similar role.
• Secret-level or higher security clearance required.
• Experience gathering customer or consumer requirements and translating them into clear development work.
• Experience managing delivery in Jira and maintaining product or requirements documentation.
• Working knowledge of platforms, APIs, storage layers, and data transmission concepts, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with API consumers or integration partners on connectivity and onboarding.
• Familiarity with data platforms, data catalogs, data products, domain-driven delivery, or data governance.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional delivery across concurrent workstreams.
