Associate, Direct (Private Equity)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Conduct investment due diligence, including company and industry research.
• Perform financial analysis, financial modelling, and quantitative analysis.
• Develop investment recommendations and supporting Investment Committee papers.
• Participate in team and Investment Committee discussions and contribute opinions.
• Coordinate legal documentation and transaction closings.
• Monitor existing portfolio companies and handle related responsibilities.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, maturity, and ability to multitask with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
