Focus on preparing reports, improving finance processes, and applying tools such as Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion, and ChatGPT.

What you will do
- Support monthly management reporting, variance analysis, performance dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Maintain and validate financial data in Excel, Anaplan, and Hyperion, including master data accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing, journal templates, accrual tracking, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial review materials and support ad-hoc analysis of sales performance, operating expenses, and cost efficiency.
- Document finance processes and help identify simplification, standardization, automation, and reporting optimization opportunities.
- Apply tools such as Power BI and ChatGPT to create interactive dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- Ability to work at the Singapore Affiliate - Duo Tower
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with motivation to learn new techniques and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Miro.
