Business Associate (Investment Management)

Location: Central Singapore, Singapore; hybrid schedule with work from the office 4 days a week and remote flexibility 1 day a week

What you will do

• Provide analytical support and serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding investment teams and covered products.
• Analyze portfolio positioning, attribution and risk, market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing.
• Create and maintain marketing and client materials, review RFPs, and respond to client questions.
• Support workflow automation and collaborate on client solutions and new investment approaches.

Requirements

• University degree earned in 2025 or 2026.
• Passion for investment management and financial markets.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Degree focus in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong grades in analytically focused courses.
• Accomplishments in academics, community service, or extracurricular activities.
