Department Manager- Broadway Plaza

Location: 73 Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek, CA 94596, USA; onsite retail role.

Compensation: $26.60–$30.59 per hour; non-exempt, hourly.

What you will do

• Lead and support the store team while fostering collaboration, inclusion, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Manage the department’s customer experience, sales, budgets, profitability, and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, succession planning, training, development, and team scheduling.
• Ensure strong visual merchandising, fashion presentation, garment care, stock levels, fitting-room routines, checkout operations, and omni-channel services.
• Monitor trends, competitors, products, and customer needs to improve product knowledge and selling performance.
• Maintain store routines, administration, health and safety standards, legal requirements, and daily opening and closing procedures.
