What you will do

• Support store sales, profit goals, and the omni-channel customer experience.
• Lead customer service, product promotion, loyalty app engagement, fitting room, checkout, returns, and exchanges routines.
• Coordinate with the Store and Visual Merchandising teams on planning, product presentation, fashion knowledge, and feedback.
• Maintain sales-floor, stockroom, back-of-house, garment-care, stock-level, and price-sign standards.
• Oversee deliveries, garment presentation, Click & Collect, Smart Store, and other in-store technology services.
• Manage daily store opening and closing and ensure operational, health and safety, and legal procedures are followed.
