What you will do

• Lead the department team and build an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-oriented store culture.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, visual presentation, and commercial execution.
• Analyze sales and budget performance and create plans to optimize results, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, upskill, and develop colleagues, including succession planning.
• Oversee inventory flow, garment presentation, fitting rooms, checkout routines, stockroom standards, and store opening and closing.
• Maintain in-store omni services, technology tools, price signage, health and safety routines, and legal requirements.
