Department Manager

Compensation: $18.62–$21.41 per hour; non-exempt, hourly position.

What you will do

• Lead, support, recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, and develop the store department team.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance and create plans to improve results, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure fashion, visual, and commercial presentation standards, stock availability, garment care, and price-sign accuracy.
• Oversee deliveries, stockroom and sales-floor standards, fitting-room and checkout routines, omni services, and in-store technology.
• Maintain operational, administrative, health and safety, and legal procedures, including daily store opening and closing.

• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility for others.
• Effective communication, supportive collaboration, and an achievement-oriented mindset.
• Analytical problem-solving ability and confidence working with numbers, statistics, sales, and budgets.
• Customer-centric approach with an interest in fashion, trends, products, brands, and competitors.
• Ability to work full-time at the Waco, Texas store location.
