Production Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite Monday–Friday at the hirify.global manufacturing facility and office

What you will do

• Close manufacturing jobs accurately and on schedule in the ERP system.
• Verify job documentation, transactions, part records, and warehouse bin locations.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances with production, warehouse, procurement, planning, and finance teams.
• Support cycle counting, inventory control, material traceability, and data integrity initiatives.
• Partner with Purchasing and Engineering on new and existing part setup and bill of materials structures.
• Contribute to process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives; travel is expected to be less than 10%.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production coordination or manufacturing support.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of part lifecycle management, bill of materials structures, and lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or a related field.
