Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite, Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Annual base pay: $61,200–$113,600, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead safe and compliant second-shift manufacturing operations.
• Direct daily production activities to meet schedules, efficiency targets, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, MDI, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop production employees and team leaders.
• Lead root cause analyses, incident investigations, corrective actions, new product introductions, and cross-functional problem solving.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent leadership experience may be considered. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 or more years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety, quality systems, and workforce management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Microsoft Office, ERP/MES, and manufacturing reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and employee development skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, on the Monday–Friday second-shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
