Financial Analyst (AdTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States

What you will do

• Analyze historical and current financial data to estimate future revenues and expenditures.
• Prepare and review financial statements, operating records, profit plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support financial and tax planning, cost control, project control, consolidation, and auditing.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, investment opportunities, return on investment, and operational efficiency.
• Develop financial models and provide recommendations on compliance, budgets, forecasts, and special financial studies.
• Advise leadership on resource allocation, financial policies, procedures, and best practices, while mentoring junior finance or accounting staff when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, GAAP, and reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel and financial software skills, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools.
• Experience conducting audits, preparing financial reports, and analyzing revenue per head, cost efficiency, and P&L performance.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
