Salary: $66,300–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly projections.
• Automate standard processes and reporting to reduce reporting effort and improve analysis quality.
• Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate accruals and deferrals.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis comparing actual results with forecasts.
• Provide documentation and commentary for annual external audit requests.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1+ year of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and US GAAP.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in transaction support or corporate finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Interest in or experience with the media industry.
