Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa; hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or employer-of-record immigration support.

Salary: $53,000–$70,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Perform financial analysis based primarily on International Financial Reporting Standards, including data extraction, compilation, consolidation, and analysis.
• Analyze, test, and verify accounting and financial information for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Support monthly and quarterly accounting processes and maintain complete financial records.
• Update and consolidate reports for forecasting, trending, results analysis, and business-unit reporting.
• Respond to management and department requests, explain analytical outputs, and troubleshoot information-flow issues.
• Support divisional projects, follow internal-control frameworks, and improve reporting and planning documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Up to two years of experience with a degree.
• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, work accurately, and manage priorities.
