Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

What you will do

• Own weekly Revenue and Gross Profit forecasts as the organizational source of truth.
• Lead Revenue and Gross Profit planning for the on-device business, including a rolling 12-month outlook.
• Build complex commercial business cases and model deal structures for external clients.
• Prepare actuals readouts, CRO materials, weekly ELT reporting, and executive-level insights.
• Partner with Operations, BI, Commercial, Sales, and Product teams to align data and automate reporting dashboards.
• Define structural improvements to planning systems and support high-priority ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including revenue and margin forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and long-range planning skills.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle and Tableau, plus strong Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, revenue, cost of goods, and gross margin analysis.
• Ability to influence senior executives and translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights.

• MBA or CPA.
