Finance Manager

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States — hybrid

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for SG&A departments.
• Support monthly Selling and Marketing close processes and analyze financial performance.
• Prepare accurate financial reporting for Finance leadership, the executive leadership team, and the Board.
• Manage OneStream planning cycles and SG&A people planning.
• Build financial models, analyze cost drivers, and provide insights for strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Manage and coach a team of two while contributing to process improvement, automation, and reporting standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of P&L structures, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex formulas.
• Experience with financial systems; OneStream and SAP are preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, data fluency, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion/EPM, reporting tools, P&L consolidation, and executive reporting packages.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation.
• People management experience.
