Financial Analyst (AI)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 total compensation per year

What you will do

• Support monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare audit support and respond to financial reporting requests.
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for strategic planning.
• Prepare management reporting packages and analyze budget-to-actual variances, trends, and business drivers.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis covering pricing, headcount, expenses, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to gather data and support business planning.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver accurate work with minimal oversight.
• Comfort using or learning AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP, BI, or planning tools such as Adaptive Insights or Tableau.
• Interest in continuing training and on-the-job development.
