Proposal Manager

Location: Hybrid, multiple locations, with periodic travel to hirify.global headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites, and other project-related locations.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead pursuit strategy sessions with business development teams and develop capture plans and winning strategies.
• Analyze RFQs and RFPs and prepare response requirements and compliance assessments.
• Develop persuasive proposals and presentations for multiple concurrent pursuits.
• Coordinate messaging and collaborate with graphics teams on proposal visuals.
• Partner with project managers on technical sections, editing, proofreading, and quality control.
• Maintain qualification statements, project descriptions, resumes, and other proposal content while mentoring colleagues and delivering training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience reading and responding to RFPs.
• Strong proofreading, editing, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend overtime and periodic travel.
