Marketing Specialist - UKI & Benelux (HRIS)

Location: Dublin or London, supporting the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and targeted activities in Poland. Periodic travel is required for regional events and team meetings, including an annual trip to Paris.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver regional B2B marketing campaigns across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux to generate qualified leads.
• Organize industry trade shows and client events, and manage local digital, social media, and PR activities.
• Build, track, and optimize campaigns and lead pipelines using Salesforce and Pardot.
• Coordinate with local sales teams and the central marketing team in Paris to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Create and promote regional content that supports brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation.
• Execute and optimize paid digital campaigns to improve qualified lead generation and campaign ROI.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of generalist marketing experience; B2B, HRIS, or software experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with field events, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
• Native English proficiency is required.
• Willingness to travel periodically for regional events and team meetings.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, Dutch, or Polish.
