Senior Marketing Specialist (Energy & Utilities)

Location: Oslo, Norway; supporting marketing activity across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

What you will do

• Contribute local insights to global marketing strategies for the Energy, Utilities and Transport sectors.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels, events, PR, social media, content and partnerships.
• Adapt global messaging and sector points of view for audiences across the Nordic region.
• Build visibility strategies for regional leaders through thought leadership, speaking opportunities, social amplification and media engagement.
• Manage campaign budgets, CRM accuracy, audience development, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Deliver client events and executive roundtables that support relationships and priority account growth.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR and content.
• Strong organisation, stakeholder management, commercial judgement and collaboration skills.
• Creative and analytical approach, with an interest in testing ideas and improving performance.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in or familiarity with the Nordic market.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Energy and Utilities and/or Transport sectors.
