Marketing Specialist (m/f/x)

Location: On-site at the Bracknell, UK or Kajetany, Poland office, at least four days per week; up to 10% domestic or international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Support the execution of marketing plans, promotions, and programs across international export markets.
• Provide market insights and local analytics to optimize promotions, refine programs, and support account targeting.
• Coordinate sales enablement materials, launch assets, toolkits, and channel training activities for representatives and distributor partners.
• Manage training invitations, calendars, speakers, and follow-up activities.
• Respond to marketing-related customer mailbox enquiries as a first point of contact.
• Support portfolio availability, product enquiries, restrictions, extensions, listings, and online partner information.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing experience or transferable skills and a strong interest in developing a marketing career.
• Good understanding of core marketing principles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate execution across international teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work on-site at least four days per week in Bracknell, UK or Kajetany, Poland.

Nice to have

• Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in digital, international, channel, partner, or trade marketing.
• Experience using marketing technologies or digital tools.
• Motivation to build a longer-term marketing career.
