What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.
- Manage production and warehouse manufacturing operations.
- Optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, improve product quality, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production staff.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives while collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing management, process improvement, and team development.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP processes, preferably SAP, in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the paper manufacturing industry.
