Construction Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Oregon, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Trachte facility

What you will do

• Lead production operations and personnel at the Trachte facility.
• Direct safe, efficient, productive, and economical manufacturing operations.
• Improve value-stream performance and eliminate waste across the supply chain for a defined product family.
• Provide work direction to process teams and ensure adequate resources for safety, service, cost, and productivity requirements.
• Use Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement and act as a change agent.
• Track daily performance, verify recovery plans for missed targets, and maintain process-center communication boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Prior experience in a Lean environment preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and knowledge of ERP systems are advantageous.
