What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for a new compounding department.
• Build and manage a high-performing operations team from the ground up.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG manufacturing.
• GMP experience is required.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
• Ability to motivate teams, build relationships, and communicate clearly.
• Financial acumen and a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a high-energy manufacturing environment.
