HR Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Pasadena, TX, United States; onsite at the Pasadena manufacturing site

What you will do

• Advise employees and leaders on employee relations, policies, compensation, benefits, and day-to-day HR matters.
• Support investigations, documentation, coaching, counseling, and performance management.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring-manager activity, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Prepare workforce, salary, employee demographic, FTE, and manpower reports.
• Support compensation analysis, salary proposals, bi-weekly payroll processing, and payroll reporting.
• Maintain HR records and support drug-testing, training, safety, environmental, and employment-law compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least ten years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Workday HRIS experience and exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Broad knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and related federal and state employment requirements.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work onsite at the Pasadena, Texas manufacturing location.

Nice to have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Power BI experience.
