Human Resources Generalist

Location: Sussex, Wisconsin, USA; onsite at a manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Coordinate HR programs and processes for assigned internal customer groups.
• Implement and administer programs and policies that support employee engagement and performance.
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, training, and team development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing, onboarding, and employment-branding initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain accurate employee records.

Nice to have

• PHR certification.
• Workday experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience implementing new HR processes and programs.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees or professional and technical employees.
