Plant Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

Location: Forest Park, Georgia, USA. Onsite Monday–Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm.

Salary: $61,800–$113,100 for Zone C, $68,000–$124,500 for Zone B, or $74,200–$135,800 for Zone A annually, depending on work location. Eligible for participation in incentive plans.

What you will do

• Manage daily HR operations covering recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, leave, training, performance, and talent management.
• Recruit and interview candidates and partner with managers to define role skills and competencies.
• Coordinate payroll processing in Ultipro, HRIS data management in Workday, and site communications in SharePoint.
• Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, investigations, terminations, and employment-related inquiries.
• Support site culture and engagement through employee recognition, employee resource groups, events, surveys, and best-practice sharing with other facilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on an HR team.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate work while maintaining integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and independence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Employee relations expertise and workforce analytics experience.
• Experience with Ultipro, Workday, or related HR software.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
