Human Resources Generalist/Bilingual (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Implement and administer HR policies and programs covering communication, performance management, recognition, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Partner with internal business groups to coordinate HR programs and processes.
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, training, and team development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on staffing and employment-branding initiatives, including recruiting for manufacturing roles.
• Coordinate employee training, orientations, corporate events, and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Spanish and the ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and provide responsive, professional employee support.

Nice to have

• PHR certification.
• Workday experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience implementing new HR processes and programs.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees in seasonal environments or professional and technical employees.
