Manager Human Resources (Manufacturing)

Location: Eagle, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational HR support for the Eagle manufacturing facility and advise plant leadership.
• Manage employee relations, HR policies, programs, workforce planning, talent management, compensation, payroll, training, safety, and change management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Communications, and business leaders on workforce and leadership initiatives.
• Drive talent acquisition, employer branding, headcount planning, productivity, and employee engagement programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including schedules, execution plans, risk mitigation, contingency assessments, and lessons learned.
• Select, coach, develop, and manage the performance of HR staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the Eagle, Wisconsin manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
